This location was perfect, close enough to a quiet area of Keswick, the main square and the shops, pubs & cafes in gorgeous Keswick. Also, it was just a short stroll away from Hope Park.

This place was a fantastic base for exploring the main attractions in the area, and the breakfast provided was delicious with fresh cereal and eggs served.

The hotel is wonderful and spotless. Nestled in a lovely building with great views of the surrounding hills.- The staff is amiable and experienced.- You can have eggs and bangers for breakfast.

The room was spacious and airy with an exceptionally comfortable bed and hypoallergenic pillows. The breakfast was outstanding with eggs and bacon. The staff at the hotel were very friendly and nice.

The breakfast choice was fabulous with yoghourt and eggs. The location was wonderful for visiting restaurants and pubs walk from the hotel.

En suite and airy room with views of mountains and such wonderful experience. Domestic area, very central location not far from central Keswick, and Keswick town centre. Besides, easy access to Moot Hall.

The property is wonderful and quaint. The staff is excellent.- The breakfast was freshly prepared and hearty.- The rooms are extremely pleasant and well-appointed.- The rooms have a magnificent view of the surrounding hills.- The setting is magnificent and unbeatable.- The location is really close to the main market street, shops, market, and pubs.- Fitz Park, a popular tourist spot, is at a medium distance from the hotel.

My stay at this lovely guesthouse was wonderful. Abacourt House is perfectly situated, within walking distance of shops, restaurants, and the lake. The owners were extremely friendly and made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The room, although small, had everything I needed, and I especially appreciated the tea and coffee making facilities. The breakfast each morning was absolutely delicious, and I loved the variety of choices available. I highly recommend this guesthouse for its convenient location, friendly hosts, and excellent breakfast.

This place had a beautiful room with a nice view and a comfortable bed, and it is located in a great area, right in the market square.

The location was marvellous and lovely for exploring this stunning area, right by central Keswick, fitz park for a quick walk and all the attractions and restaurants. Absolutely fantastic breakfast, especially eggs and bangers. The staff was affable.

The hotel's location is incredible, close to all the attractions and restaurants in Keswick and the surrounding areas. Our room was well-appointed with a great view and a comfy bed. We slept well.
